Fun People
While working on new songs and such, we haven't played too many shows lately. But all that is about to change. For a couple of weeks, at least.
First up we have a show on October 14, 2006, at 924 Gilman Street featuring the following bands:
Peelander-Z (Japan)
Boom Boom Kids (Argentina) ex-Fun People
Ghost Mice (WA)
Matty Pop Chart (WA)
I always thought Ghost Mice hailed from Bloomington, IN; I guess they moved. (Looks like Plan-it-X did.)
Anyhow, it's the usual Gilman drill: show starts around 9pm, admission is $5 plus a $2 membership fee if you're not already a member. (They'll give you a card for next time.)
We also have a show at Balazo Gallery in San Francisco the week after that, but I'm not sure of the exact date, time, or who else is playing. I'll update the site when I find out.
