Fourth Rotor and Defect Defect!
Our pals Fourth Rotor (Chicago) and Defect Defect (ex-Observers from Portland) are touring together, and will be in the Bay Area this coming weekend, April 22-23. As I rarely do, I will speak for the entire band and say that OFR is very excited to see these bands.
The first show is in San Francisco on Saturday, Layla's house (2822 Folsom near 24th St.) and allegedly starting at 3pm. Also on the bill is Paul's other band, Surrender, now gearing up for their spring/summer tour.
The second show is in Oakland on Sunday, at Murda Dubbs (I think it's at 1200 20th Ave.) starting around 7pm. That may be a bit more reliable start time, as these Sunday night shows usually have to wrap up pretty early.
Don't miss your chance to see these great bands while you can. Or you can always catch them somewhere else. Anyone up for a road trip to Anchorage?
