Underway - Austin

Last night's show was great. We played with J-Church (finally!) at a record store called Sound on Sound at the punk shopping center. A couple of other bands cancelled, there was a lot of confusion over what day we were actually playing, and it wasn't exactly a packed house. But the people who were there were really enthusiastic and fun, and we didn't drive eleven hours overnight from Las Cruces to NOT rock.

J-Church was awesome, of course, and so was the audience. There were even requests for songs from our first record.

That's right, first record. Because, you see, our first record is no longer also our record, in that it is no longer the only one. We received CD versions of our new record the day before we left San Francisco. They look good and they sound good. You should get one. You really should. We'll be coming to your town soon.

Today was an off day, but tomorrow kicks off some seventeen consecutive days of rock. We hope you can make it to a show or two.
