Station 40

Even playing under the fire-drill style "three songs per band" rotation, the show in Potrero Park this past weekend went very smoothly. The bands (The Observers, Clorox Girls, Alliacious--still not sure about that spelling--and OFR) played to a pretty good-sized crowd that stuck around until sundown. We even got to play at Gilman that night, and I saw lots of people there who'd been at the park, too. It was just one of those days where everything works out.

We've kind of played a lot of shows lately, but the one coming up is the last one (that I know of) before our tour commences towards the end of July. It's at Station 40 in San Francisco, 3030B 16th Street (between Mission and Valencia, closer to Mission) at 4pm this Saturday, June 25. The bands are the resurgent Kreamy 'Lectric Santa, the insurgent Future Adults, and the, um, surgent Onion Flavored Rings. I'm not sure about a door charge, but figure five bucks or so, or maybe they'll just pass the hat.

We may not even be surgent, but the other two bands are definitely heating up lately. This is going to be a good show to kick off summer.
